Pointing pouring: Saving workshop area and easy to centralized control, and solving the question of fixed pouring: eariler hard for aferwards pouring and unconvienent to cut. (2). Machinery cut: Adopting overturning cutter, which can make 6 faces cut and cutted dimmensions sizes are accuate. (3). Full automatic centralized control: Our process adopt electronic weigher to control from ingredients to pouring, and have higher automation. (4). Workshop adopting big bay width design, which is easy to management and lower investment. (5). Original cultivating before cutting: Quicken the hardness of concrete green body and reduce the staying time of concrete green body, and make green body better pore structure, higher brick strength and superior freeze proof performance, which is suited for production in winter and avoid the question of hardness in the middle and softness in the circumjacent caused by surroundings temperature difference. (6). Original cultivating before steaming: Shorten the steaming time, improve manufacturing efficiency, free from cracking and higher rate of finished products. (7).
